Our policies are used to ensure that each guest visiting our salon is offered the maximum amount of care, and attention during their services and to protect the time of our service providers / other guests’ scheduled appointment times. 

Scheduling:

To ensure the most accurate service can be given, it is recommended that you arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrival may result in rescheduling your appointment so we can appropriately serve your needs.

 

Appointments:

  • All appointments are required to have a credit card on file to book

  • We kindly ask for at least a 24-hour cancellation notice for all booked salon services. 

  • Same day cancelations (within 24 hours of appointment) or multiple rescheduling for an appointment will be subjected to pay 50% of the service cost with the card on file.

  • Failing to show for an appointment will be subjected to pay 100% of the service cost with the card on file.

  • Service providers reserve the right to refuse service for guests with excessive or subsequent last-minute cancellations or no shows.  

 

Refunds: An even store credit / service may be given within one week of purchase for cutting and/or color services. We aim to deliver the best results possible and will at managements discretion review each refund / redo request for the best possible outcome.

 

Children: All children must be accompanied by an adult or guardian at all times for safety.
