Kez Broad - Technical Director
With over twenty five years in the business Kez has a vast array of technical skill and industry knowledge from across two continents. Having trained with the Toni & Guy academies in England for several years to become a precision educator, she then moved to Mississippi with her husband Gareth to create Noggins in 2010. She crafted a new and unique curriculum that is used to train every new stylist hired and is passionate about creating opportunities for new hairdressers to fulfil their potential.
An avid enthusiast of healthy lifestyles, Kez practices her own advice, and is regimented in the maintenance of her own well-being through natural and organic alternatives. Always a constant source of inspiration her natural leadership has kept the Noggins culture steady and ever evolving. Also recently involved with local philanthropic efforts (including title of Best Dressed of Jackson with the American Cancer Society).
Gareth Broad - Senior Stylist
Originally from England, with over sixteen years in the industry, Gareth moved to Mississippi with his wife Kez in 2010 and co-founded Noggins Salon. He has enjoyed imparting his own personal industry experience and education to those new to the industry and continues to help develop each individual’s skills.
Prior to entering the beauty industry Gareth spent several years in the computing field and maintains an interest to this day in all things technical such as this website, which he created. As a senior member of the education team and co-owner he continues to remain joyfully focused on coaching those around him. Now also a published children's book author.
Tamarah Elder - Senior Stylist
After moving from California and joining our team Tamarah became one of our cherished senior stylists who have added our particular set of skills to her repertoire.
Having lived in the Madison area with her husband and children for over a decade and having been part of the team for over nine years she has carved her role in our culture very strongly.
She will always go above and beyond to make her clients happy.

Josie Peters - Senior Stylist
Say hi to Joise Peters, a senior stylist and graduate of the Aveda cosmetology school in Wisconsin, she adapted very quickly to our team and never hesitates to put forth a remarkable effort in assisting the team and clients to meet their goals.
Very intuitive and adept at finding the exact style, cut or color that her clients need, she is an expert in keeping up with current styles and trends.
Amy Files - Senior Stylist
Meet Amy, a senior stylist, with over a decade in the industry, she has a wonderful background in all things beauty and has added to that knowledge through our education program.
Adding her creative side and skill set to our team while becoming part of the Aveda network has been a great opportunity and we are really excited to continue to see great work coming from this team member.
Abby Sanford- Senior Stylist
Having moved from Arkansas, already having many years experience in the industry she's an effortlessly pleasant individual to have by our sides.
Abby is a graduate of our precision cutting and coloring program, a senior stylist, and is a welcome addition to our work family, with an exceptional skill set in all things hair.
Victoria Cuevas - Stylist
Wanting to expand on her skill set, Victoria comes to us ready committed to our education curriculum. Adept in all hair related things and an awesome stylist in her own right, great work being crafted by this superstar.
