Our policies are used to ensure that each guest visiting our salon is offered the maximum amount of care and attention during their services.
Appointments: To ensure the most accurate service can be given, it is recommended that you arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrival may result in rescheduling your appointment so we can appropriately serve your needs.
Cancellation Policy: In order to better serve you and our clients we ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so may require a pre payment for your next scheduled appointment as this impacts other clients who desire service.
Refund Policy: There are no returns on products or services, an even store credit will be given within one week of purchase for cutting and/or color services.
Children: All children must be accompanied by a separate adult or guardian at all times
